Dublin conference and event transfers

A joined-up plan for separate arrivals.

Collect a practical itinerary

For meetings in the city centre, Docklands or elsewhere in Dublin, give the venue’s full address and the entrance you expect to use. Include event start and finish times as context, then choose the actual pickup times you need. Road access, venue arrangements and traffic can change; allow a sensible margin.

Group travellers by real arrival times

Separate flight arrivals may need separate journeys. Tell the team the number of passengers, bags and any intermediate stops for each movement. Avoid fitting several incompatible itineraries into one pickup time. Larger parties can request a group vehicle, with capacity and availability reviewed before confirmation.

Use business references consistently

Add the organisation and cost-centre or PO reference to each request. A company profile can support policy review for linked travellers, while each customer sees their own orders. Speak to the business team before assuming credit terms, consolidated invoicing or access to colleagues’ travel details.

Plan the return before the event ends

Give a clear departure point and a contact who can receive the meeting instructions. If the programme runs late, send a change request using the original reference. Waiting, extra stops and revised times need team review. Do not assume a submitted amendment has already changed the allocated service.
