Arriving at Dublin Airport

From landing to your Dublin destination.

Your flight details make the difference

Provide your flight number, travel date and arriving terminal when requesting a collection. Enter the pickup time you would like the team to review. Allow for passport control, baggage collection and the needs of your travelling party. A flight number is planning information; it does not mean automatic flight monitoring or unlimited waiting is included.

Use the meeting point in your confirmation

Dublin Airport has taxi ranks outside both terminals. A separately arranged WAYSZO journey may have different meeting instructions, which the team must confirm before travel. Do not assume a taxi at the public rank is your reserved vehicle. Check the driver and vehicle details supplied with your journey.

Keep the destination specific

For a city hotel, include its name and full street address. For a home or apartment, include the entrance and locality, plus an Eircode if available. A neighbourhood name alone may not identify the correct pickup or drop-off point. Let the team know about extra luggage before the vehicle is allocated.

If your plans change

Use your WAYSZO account to review the request and send a change enquiry with the booking reference. If you submitted as a guest, contact the team with that reference. A new message does not automatically change the pickup time or cancel an existing journey.
