Before each journey, check your licence, insurance, vehicle condition and passenger requirements. Accept only journeys you can safely deliver.
Keep passenger information private and use the WAYSZO inbox for journey coordination. Read or send messages only while safely parked.
Share location only while available or delivering an accepted journey. Stop sharing when off duty.
Collect only the confirmed fare. Report cash accurately; support reconciles the payment separately. Report incidents, delays and disputed payments promptly.
Driver payout amounts must be agreed with operations. A payout marked recorded means an external payment was verified; this website does not transfer funds.
