Privacy notice
WAYSZO uses the information you provide to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, manage bookings and maintain your account. This site is operated for Wishie Technologies Limited, trading as WAYSZO. Contact us through the contact page for privacy requests.
Information we use
We collect contact details, pickup and destination details, journey dates, vehicle needs, booking references and, for business travel, company and billing information. Please do not enter health information or payment-card details in free-text fields.
Purposes and recipients
We use booking information to take steps at your request before a contract and to perform confirmed services. Necessary records may also be retained to meet legal duties or address disputes. Hosting, transactional email and payment providers process information needed to provide their services. Relevant journey details are shared with the assigned operator when a booking is confirmed.
Cookies
This launch uses essential security, login and booking-session cookies. Optional analytics and advertising load only after your consent. Use Privacy choices in the footer to review or withdraw permission. Marketing consent, if requested, is separate from making a booking.
Retention and your choices
Quote requests are reviewed against a 90-day retention period. Financial records may need to be retained for six years under applicable Irish record-keeping requirements. You can request access, correction, portability or deletion of your personal information through your account or the contact page. Legal retention duties may limit deletion. You can complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission.
AI and address services
The standard form accepts addresses manually. If an external address lookup or AI assistant is enabled, the site will explain the service before use. Passenger and booking records are not automatically sent to an AI service.
Optional driver location sharing
An approved driver can choose to share a device location during an assigned, active journey. The signed-in customer for that journey and authorised WAYSZO staff can view the most recently reported position and its accuracy. Sharing requires device permission and stops when the driver stops it, leaves or hides the page, or the journey ends. The latest position expires within two minutes without updates. No route history is retained by this feature. Positions can be inaccurate and are not guaranteed arrival times. Opening a position in OpenStreetMap sends the displayed coordinates to that service; no external map loads automatically.
Service email diagnostics
WAYSZO records service-email subjects, masked recipient addresses and transport outcomes for up to 30 days for troubleshooting. This activity log does not retain message bodies, password-reset links or mail credentials. The mail provider processes messages to deliver them.
Optional planning services
If address lookup is connected, choosing it sends the entered pickup address and market to the provider named beside the lookup button. Manual entry remains available. Vehicle recommendations use passenger and bag counts, market and a vehicle preference; free-text preference entries, routes and customer contact details are not sent to the ranking service. The journey-help assistant separately sends the question you submit when its connected AI mode is enabled. Do not include personal, medical or payment information in that question.
Business and shared travel
Company travel policies apply only to explicitly linked customer accounts. Other company travellers cannot see your bookings. Shared-departure listings contain public meeting points and seat availability, never passenger identities. Repeat journey requests create separate quotations for review.
Privacy requests
You can request access, correction or erasure through the contact form. Identity confirmation and a retention review apply. The privacy tools remove optional travel details from closed journeys and personal content from resolved enquiries. Active service requests, invoices, billing records and accounting audit history may require separate retention review.
WAYSZO journey assistant
If you choose to use the assistant, your question and relevant public website content are sent to the model provider named in the chat notice. The initial provider is the WAYSZO LM Studio service at api.zetacontracts.com. Optional backup providers are shown in the notice if enabled. Chat conversations are stored as private WAYSZO leads after you accept the notice. You can request an email follow-up; your contact details are stored with that enquiry and are not sent to the model. Booking and account data are not embedded or supplied to models. Signed-in journey shortcuts read only your own account records. Conversations do not create or confirm rides, payments, refunds or changes. Closed or unassigned chat transcripts are reviewed against a 90-day retention period. Active support and financial records may require separate retention. Contact us for access or deletion requests.
Optional driver location and distance records
Approved drivers can choose to share availability with authorised dispatch staff, or share an active journey position with its customer and authorised staff. Sharing requires device permission and a visible page. Recent coordinates expire after two minutes when updates stop. The platform does not provide background location tracking.
Accepted active-journey location samples contribute to distance-only milestones at each 5 km boundary. These milestones record the order, assigned driver, time, distance boundary and reported accuracy, without retaining route coordinates. Milestone records are retained for 90 days. Poor accuracy, long gaps and implausible jumps are excluded. Distance is approximate and is not used as a fare meter or automatic performance score.
A map loads only when you choose to show it. OpenStreetMap receives tile requests for the displayed area and your IP address. You can use the order status and contact options without loading a map.
Partner and service requests
Driver and channel partner applications, order support requests and their review responses are private records accessible to the applicant or requesting customer and authorised WAYSZO staff. Organisation managers can submit requests for their linked company orders. An application does not create privileged access automatically. You can request correction or privacy review through our contact page.
Optional measurement and saved locations
With your permission, Google Analytics measures public page visits. Advertising measurement for Google, Microsoft and Meta is available only when configured and separately accepted. You can decline or change your choice using Privacy choices in the footer. Private account pages, verification codes, addresses, chat messages and transaction details are excluded. Pages containing URL query parameters are not measured.
Your saved addresses and optional map coordinates are private to your account. We use them for your requested travel and billing. Opening a map loads OpenStreetMap tiles, sharing your IP address and the viewed area with its tile service. Using your current location requires a separate browser permission. You can remove saved addresses from your address book; existing order and accounting records follow their applicable retention policy.
Email verification confirms control of the email address. Contact numbers are required for travel communication but are not SMS-verified. How Google uses information.
